Dedeman Istanbul will present a special menu to its guests on 5-6 May, when the harbinger of spring, Hıdırellez, is celebrated. In Hıdırellez, one of the most colorful traditions from the past to the present, guests will taste the traditional flavors prepared by Master Chef Ali Kaplan for the feast.
In the Hıdırellez menu, ayran meal or fresh mushroom soup with dill cream will be served as the starter. Stuffed squash blossoms or olive oil leaf wrap can be selected in olive oil dishes. The main dish of the menu will be goat in the tandoor served with fried rice. Undoubtedly, there are three options in the "dessert" section of the meal: Höşmerim, lokma dessert and salty cookie.
