Hamidiye Regiment Barracks is the building built by Mustafa Pasha (d. September 1902), the commander of the Hamidiye Regiments established in Cizre during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II, in the southeast corner of Cizre Castle to manage the dispatch and administration affairs of the regiments.Hamidiye Barracks Building was started to be built after 1892 when the regiments were established. The building is one of the cultural assets of Cizre, which preserves its features and remains intact today. Firstly, it was used for Mustafa Pasha and Hamidiye Light Cavalry Regiments, and later for the District Governorship, Courthouse 119th Mobile Gendarmerie Border Battalion and Garrison Command and finally
It served as the 4th Border Battalion Command Center.
