Trabzon's sloping lands provide opportunities for many extreme sports. One of them is paragliding. The trails created as a result of the studies are among the few paragliding spots not only in our country but also in the world.
There are companies that organize this activity. The most popular point for the activity is Uzun Lake. In addition, Akçakale Hill, Hıdırnebi Plateau, Düzköy Çayırbağı and Karaçımah Hill are among the points suitable for this sport. Sümela Monastery can also be partially seen during paragliding over the Altındere Valley.
This sport, which is done with two people together with the person using the parachute, takes about 15-20 minutes. The total cost varies between 350 TL and 400 TL.
