Victory Monument
This place is often called "strelka", "stella". On May 9, there was a big celebration in this area. Behind Stella is the equipment left over from the Great Patriotic War. This monument, which is quieter and more peaceful in normal times, is at the confluence of two rivers (Irtysh and Ulba).
